Erling Haaland struck his sixth hat-trick of the campaign while a Julian Alvaraz brace and Cole Palmer's strike sealed a convincing victory.
Despite reaching Wembley in the four previous FA Cup campaigns, City have won the competition just once in that time. That came back in 2019 when they hammered Watford 6-0 in the final.
