Tamworth v Leyton Orient is the final tie of the first round, with the winners of tonight’s game set to face League Two Salford City.
Elsewhere, Carlisle - who secured a shock win over Reading in extra-time - have been rewarded with a trip to League One side Blackpool, while Gateshead, who downed AFC Wimbledon, will host fourth-tier Walsall.
Boreham Wood, who dumped League Two’s Crawley out, are at home to another League Two side, Newport County.

17:56 , Jack RathbornA football mascot has been dismissed after the FA Cup match between Burton Albion and St Albans City after "erratic and unprofessional" behaviour.
Sammy the Saint, the official mascot of St Albans City, could be seen stumbling over advertising boards, with the club confirming the person working as the mascot had been relieved of their duties.
"He was just stripped of his mascot duties and wasn't allowed to wear the Sammy costume," said a Burton spokesperson.
"He was allowed to remain in the stands to watch the game."
