The FA Cup first-round draw takes place on Monday night, with Welsh sides Newport County, Merthyr Town and Wrexham all in the hat.
The Martyrs have made it to the first round proper for the first time in 17 years after their 2-1 win over Folkestone Invicta on Saturday.
Wrexham drew 1-1 with Blyth Spartans, meaning they face a replay before their place is locked in, but they are in the hat regardless.
Forty-eight clubs from the EFL's League One and Two will join the 32 non-League clubs who progress from the qualifying stages, with ties set to take place across the weekend of Saturday and Sunday, November 5 and 6.
