Petra Ecclestone threw a truly magical Harry Potter-themed birthday party for her nine-year-old daughter's big day.
The socialite and daughter of Formula One billionaire Bernie Ecclestone, pulled out all the stops for her daughter Lavinia at her home in Los Angeles on Sunday.
The party, which Petra, 33, posted snaps of on her Instagram account, featured a giant piñata which resembled Hermione Granger and her ginger cat Crookshanks, a four tiered cake, a pancake making station and plenty of wizarding world-themed goodies.
The heiress, who has four children, spared no expense as guests could have their fortunes told at a station, which featured a glass orb and candles.
They could also learn about owls from a wildlife organisation, which had taken along some of the winged creatures, commonly seen in the popular novels and film franchise.
Personalised rucksacks, emblazoned with Harry Potter's famous lightning bolt scar, also hung from a wall next to a balloon arch.
Petra's sister Tamara, 37, attended the party in ripped jeans and a tie-dye hoodie, where she had a go at being sorted into one of the four houses at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
The party comes a day after the family visited Disneyland for a birthday celebration.
Petra shares Lavinia with ex-husband James Stunt, alongside twins James and Andrew, six. She also shares youngest daughter Minnie, two, with fiancé Sam Palmer.
Meanwhile Tamara is mother to daughters Sophia, seven, and Serena, 17 months, with husband Jay Rutland.
In October it was revealed that Petra had put her London home on the market for £170million.
The heiress had spent more than £25million redesigning historic Sloane House, in Kensington.
She snapped up the late 18th century Georgian mansion for £60million in 2010.
The new basement includes an indoor swimming pool, a gym, a spa, a hammam, a salon, a kid’s playhouse, squash courts and a screening room.
The vast house is also decked out with spectacular crystal light fittings and a mirrored bar that converts into a DJ station.
The mum has previously said she sees her property in Los Angeles – which has a dedicated gift-wrapping room – as her “main” home.
