Eberechi Eze scored his debut Champions League goal, contributing to Arsenal's 2-0 victory over Bayer Leverkusen.
Declan Rice added a second goal, securing a 3-1 aggregate win for Mikel Arteta's side.
The win at Emirates Stadium propelled Arsenal into the Champions League quarter-finals for the third successive year.
Arsenal had previously drawn 1-1 with Leverkusen in Germany, needing a late Kai Havertz penalty.
The Gunners will now face Sporting Lisbon in the last eight, aiming for a semi-final spot.
