Expert shares why you should never boil most types of rice

A chef has shared how to cook rice properly - including the different techniques for cooking different types. A simple rice dish can easily go wrong.

We've all added too much water, not enough water or cooked for too long and burned the rice. Fortunately, chef Peter Sidwell from CookServeEnjoy shared his top tips for making fluffy rice, every time with the Express.

He even says there is only one variety of rice that needs to be boiled. The ratios are based on the following measurements: one UK cup = 225g or 250ml.
