Nidhi Shah aka Kinjal of Anupamaa, has been single for the past three years. The actress was in a relationship with actor Harish Chandnani for nine years, but they broke up in 2019. The two continue to be good friends now. Talking about it, Nidhi says, “I’ve been happily single. Harish and I were in a relationship for nine years, but as you grow and evolve, you realise that you are two different individuals and so we decided to mutually break up. There is no bitterness, we continue to be good friends.”
Nidhi shares how those days have gone when an actress couldn’t think of marriage because it could hamper her career. She says, “Today, a superstar in Bollywood or a successful actress on TV gets married while she is trying to settle in her career. I would love to find someone and settle down soon. I am looking for someone who is intelligent, well-settled in his career and understanding. It is important to find someone who understands you.”
