A new and “authentic” pizzeria where the dough is made fresh every day is set to open in Chapel Allerton next month.
Rudy’s Pizza, which will be located in Stainbeck Lane at the former Casa Mia, will open its door to the public in July. However, the date is yet to be confirmed.
The original Rudy’s opened in Ancoats, Manchester in 2015 and has since opened sites across Leeds, Soho, Greater Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham and Sheffield.

The Chapel Allerton branch will be the 12th member of the Rudy’s famiglia and Gabi, the manager of the business, said they are “excited” to become a part of the community.
A spokesperson for the business said that Rudy’s follows the authentic Neapolitan tradition of pizza making, serving classic recipes such as Marinara, Margherita and Calabrese – all originating from Naples, the birthplace of pizza.
The dough is made fresh on site every day and cooked in wood fired ovens for just 60 seconds, all in accordance with Neapolitan pizza tradition.
