An adorable Edinburgh dog is searching for a forever home in the capital, and is looking for someone to give her all the love and affection she demands.
The Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home have advertised the affectionate Kyia on social media, letting people know she is up for adoption right now.
The charity posted on Twitter: "Meet Kyia! Kyia is a happy girl who is very friendly, and loves being fussed over by everyone she meets.

"She is very affectionate, loves getting belly rubs, and would like an owner who will let her cuddle up on the sofa with them."
Kyia is an eight-year-old female Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross, with an excitable personality and affectionate nature.
The pup is looking for a home with an owner who can keep her company for most of the day.
She can be noisy when excited or looking for attention, so would be better suited to living in a house where there are fewer neighbours to disturb.
She could potentially live with a calm dog and may suit living with older children who are used to living with pets.

Kyia is a happy girl who is very friendly, and loves being fussed over by everyone she meets. She is very affectionate, loves getting belly rubs, and would like an owner who will let her cuddle up on the sofa with them.
She loves toys and food, so loves activity toys, filled Kongs, and lick mats. She likes to keep active, so will love someone who will play with her and take her for frequent walks.
She enjoys having a run around with her toys in the charity's paddock area or exploring on the beach.
