Hull do have the option to extend his deal by an extra year, with the Tigers confirming on the club's official website that they have agreed on compensation with Spurs for Lo-Tutala. Mainly featuring for the U18s in the 2020/21 season but named on Spurs' bench three times in Premier League 2, the French youngster made ten appearances in the division last campaign, keeping five clean sheets in the process.

Training with Hugo Lloris and the rest of the first-team goalkeepers on a few occasions in the past, it was confirmed that Lo-Tutala would be one of four academy goalkeepers to be released in the summer. Certainly a blow to be leaving Spurs, the shot-stopper will now be looking to make a name for himself at Hull City.

"And to my teammates...my brothers! Thank you for welcoming me so well from the very start, for allowing me to gain memories I'll never forget and giving me the privilege to fight side by side you all. I wish you all the best.

"By God's grace we shall cross paths again. Thank you @spursofficial, TLT."

Facing Bradford City in the first round of the Carabao Cup on Tuesday evening, Lo-Tutala will be hoping to be involved in the matchday squad very soon with games against Norwich City and Burnley on the agenda.
