Former Rangers loan star Mikey Moore is set to join FC Koln.
Tottenham have agreed to loan out the 19-year-old attacker to the Bundesliga side for the rest of the season.

The England youth international had agreed to move to Germany earlier this month, but his departure was delayed as Spurs struggled to bring in reinforcements.
The former Rangers star featured in the club’s opening two games of the campaign and found the net against Charlton before being cleared to join Koln.
Moore returns to the continent after an impressive spell at Ibrox last season, when he helped Rangers across domestic and European competition.

The Tottenham youngster scored seven goals in 47 appearances in all competitions, while his Scottish Premiership return stood at seven goals and three assists from 33 outings.
The England youth international also collected the PFA Scotland Young Player of the Year award following his stint at Rangers.
Koln's deal is understood to be a straight loan, with no option or obligation to buy, meaning Moore remains firmly part of Tottenham’s longer-term plans.
