"Scott joined us midway through last season following a spell at Falkirk. As well as his efforts as a player, Scott also stepped into the role of interim manager for our final three matches of the campaign, showing great professionalism, leadership and commitment during a difficult period for the football club.

"Everyone at Livingston FC would like to place on record our sincere thanks to Scott for all of his efforts and wish him every success for the future.

"Meanwhile, we’re pleased to confirm that Grant Murray will remain at Livingston Football Club as First-Team Coach, joining Glenn Whelan’s backroom team ahead of the new season.
