Former Prime Minister Boris Johnson and his wife Carrie have a welcomed a surprise new baby girl.

Mrs Johnson, 37, revealed her fourth child with the Tory politician, 60 - and his ninth - is called Poppy Eliza Josephine Johnson who was born on May 21.
