Ex Oregon cop solicits sexual favors from woman post her car crash, gets slap-on-wrist sentencing

David McVeigh, a former officer with the Milwaukie Police Department in Oregon, has been sentenced to 150 hours of community service after pleading no contest to charges of official misconduct.

The charges stemmed from an incident in November 2019, when McVeigh allegedly solicited sexual favors from a woman he had given a ride home following a DUI crash.
