- Former Manchester United star Jesse Lingard has joined Brazilian club Corinthians.
- Lingard, 33, has been a free agent since ending his time at FC Seoul in South Korea back in December.
- He has now moved to Brazil after signing a contract until the end of the year, and his contract can be extended through until the end of 2027 if certain conditions are met.
- Lingard came through United’s academy and also had loan spells at West Ham and Nottingham Forest in the Premier League.
- Lingard has 32 international caps for England but has not played for the national team since October 2021.
