Financial penalties alone would not be adequate if Manchester City are ultimately punished for breaching Premier League financial regulations, according to former chairman David Bernstein.
The comments follow reports on Friday that the club had been found guilty on all but a single charge among the 115 brought forward by the Premier League in February 2023, allegations the club have consistently denied.
