A former jailbird is suing prison officials claiming his leg had to be amputated when doctors refused ulcer treatment.
One-time inmate Clayton McCray, 27, says medics also confiscated his wheelchair too, worsening the condition of a heel ulcer.
When his foot was seen to be rotting and infected, his right leg was amputated below the knee.
