A former head gamekeeper suspected the man he is accused of murdering of “foul play” and thought he was trying to “set him up” after dead birds were found on the estate, a court has heard.
It is alleged David Campbell, 77, shot Brian Low, 65, with a shotgun on February 16, 2024 near Aberfeldy having previously disabled CCTV cameras at an address in the town in an attempt to conceal his whereabouts.
