Former Emmerdale favourite Louise Marwood is joining Coronation Street.
We know soapland is a small place and we regularly see stars jump from show to show. The latest is Louise Marwood, 42, who fans of Corrie will see involved in a love triangle.
The acting star will play Phill Whittaker’s devious ex-wife Camilla in Coronation Street. A source told The Sun : “Phill’s ex-wife will make herself known on the cobbles in the coming weeks.

“She is set to cause chaos as Fiz and Phill’s wedding gets closer. But what does she want? And will Fiz be able to deal with both Camilla and future mother-in-law Mimi misbehaving?”
Louise is set to make her debut in the summer and is initially expected to appear in a handful of episodes. Emmerdale fans will remember Louise played Home Farm multi-millionaire Chrissie White.
She appeared as the character between 2014 and 2018. The character was killed off along with son Lachlan.
Elsewhere in her career, Louise has appeared in Hollyoaks: Let Loose, The Royal and Law and Order: UK. After leaving Emmerdale, Louise had a role in Casualty.
