Ex Emmerdale star Gemma Atkinson has hit out at a gym after discovering stereotypical signs printed on the door of the toilets.
The radio presenter, who usually works out in her home gym, was left reeling at the 'unbelievable' sign and her followers agreed with her.
Gemma, who has recently released her second book The Ultimate Body Plan for New Mums: 12 Weeks to Finding You Again, is well known for her outspoken nature and never shies away from sharing her opinion on difficult topics.

In fact, her honest posts about mum life and body positivity have racked her up a whopping 1.7 million followers who saw a snap of the signage she shared on her Instagram.
The picture showed the male and female toilets - on the door to the men's toilet, a message read "Do Epic S**t" while the message on the female door said 'Smile, You're Losing Weight'.
Furious with the subliminally sexist message, Gemma penned: "Erm… wtf? I’ll stick to doing Epic S**t thanks! I can’t believe this wording in a gym toilet… And they wonder why so many women have insecurities and limit their eating. Even if this is supposed to be a joke about using the loo, it’s still not great at all."
Followed by her own message, writing: "FUEL your body to be STRONG ladies and for it to FUNCTION PROPERLY. DO NOT try to shrink yourself. And please ALWAYS remember that we can do epic s**t!"
The post was quickly flooded with messages from followers who were equally annoyed with her discovery, including Gemma's fiancé Gorka Marquez.
The Strictly Come Dancing star responded: "WTF!!! Then we wonder why so many people have insecurities…" And he certainly wasn't the only one, the post received 1,009 comments and 32.8k likes as fans praised Gemma for calling it out.
"It’s a gym toilet?! That’s even worse!! I wondered where it was. Someone should go in with a tin of paint. That’s so awful," @ ruth_walton1010 said. @caterina_fontana79 commented: "I’d literally cancel my membership immediately!!!"
"Oh my god that makes me soooo cross," @inreachpilates wrote. @karinaforrest shared: "WTSF? Well done on calling this out Gemma!"
"Someone best get the paint roller out methinks!" @lauraekwhyte added.
Gemma later went on to address the issue on her Instagram stories fuming that negative messages such as these are even starting to impact her two-year-old daughter Mia already.
She explained that Mia had expressed she didn't want to wear the colour blue because it was for boys but when her mum explained it was Mummy's favourite colour to wear she was soon convinced otherwise.
