Maisie Smith flaunted her impressive abs as she posed in workout gear on the beach.
The 20-year-old enjoyed a fitness session in the sunshine as she trained with a friend.
The actress wore a baby blue Calvin Klein bralette that she teamed with a pair of grey shorts, revealing her toned legs.
She showed off her strength by carrying her gym buddy across the sand in front of the sparkling blue sea.
Her auburn locks were pulled up in a pony tail and embraced being make-up free.
She recently posed in a public toilet in a pair of khaki combat trousers with a grey bralette and a hot pink zip up hoodie.
"Nice bit of bog roll for ya," she joked.
She added a pair of oversized earrings and wore her hair in tight curls.
Maisie, who is best known for her role of Tiffany Butcher, spoke previously about her battle with body dysmorphia.
In 2020 she shared a song she penned about the mental health condition.
"When I was little I would look in the mirror, holding in my stomach wishing that I was thinner," she wrote.
"Guess I had a case of body dysmorphia - and I still haven't shaken it off."
"Things were getting heavy, that's what the scales told me."
According to the NHS website, Body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), or body dysmorphia, is a mental health condition where a person spends a lot of time worrying about flaws in their appearance.
As the health body explains, these flaws are often unnoticeable to others.
Recently Love Island's Joe Garratt has spoken out after rumours the pair were dating.
A source told The Sun that the reality star and Maisie had grown close after meeting at a showbiz party.
The 25-year-old, who dated Lucie Donlan on the ITV show, admitted: "We met at an event – I think it was an event a few weeks back, maybe a month ago – got on really well.
"(Maisie is a) really cool girl. I met her mum and sister, who were also with her, and it was all good and I didn't think there was nothing to it.
"We're literally just friends. Just pal-y, it's nothing ever more. We are just friends actually. We're cool, we're cool."
Maisie had been previously linked to her former co-star Zack Morris, her on-screen husband in EastEnders.
The Strictly star recently landed a job on Friends Like These - which is a remake of the programme that was initially presented by Ant and Dec.
