Greg Taylor has refused to close the door on a possible return to Celtic.

The 28-year-old left-back, now with PAOK, ended a six-year stint with the Scottish Premiership champions last summer. However, he had a tough first season in Greece with limited playing time.

On Charlie Mulgrew's Pitch to Par podcast, Taylor said: "I think I’d be open to everything. I’ve got two years left on my contract in Greece, and I’d love to be a success out there.

"But if that didn’t materialise, I’d be open to anything. I’ve moved abroad now and enjoyed that aspect of it.

"I loved playing in Scotland, so honestly, who knows in a career?"

Celtic require a left-back to challenge Kieran Tierney, with Marcelo Saracchi's permanent move from Boca Juniors still not finalised.

With that in mind, Taylor did not dismiss a potential comeback to his former club. He added, "In football, you never say never.

"Celtic’s an amazing club, but I’ve got two years left at PAOK, and I want to make that a success. But who knows, I would never say no to anything.

"I’d be open to everything."
