Ex-Cambuslang Rangers striker given another crack at senior football

John Gemmell Cambuslang Rangers Dumbarton Football Stevie Farrell

Former Cambuslang Rangers striker John Gemmell has been given another crack at senior football at 37, after signing a short-term deal at Dumbarton.

Veteran striker Gemmell, who turns 38 next month, will add valuable experience to the Sons, and it's believed he has signed until the end of this season.

Gemmell, who has played for clubs including Queen's Park, Albion Rovers (three times) and Clyde.
