Two evil parents neglected their children for years, leaving them in degrading scenes of 'squalor' in their vile home. Lee Carnell, 32, and his ex-girlfriend, Sarah Lamb, 33, have been jailed after a judge said their five children had been 'damaged and damaged badly', Hull Live reports.
The youngsters - all under the age of 12 - were found neglected in their foul-smelling, chaotic home. Cannabis was found in easy reach of the children, mouldy food was discovered and human excrement was found smeared on the walls near toothbrushes, a court heard. There were only four beds for seven people and glass was found on the floor inside the 'vile' home.
