Netflix have released their newest dating show Perfect Match, this time with the twist that the whole cast have appeared on other reality TV shows.
Contestants have appeared on Netflix's previous reality shows, including Too Hot To Handle, Love Is Blind, and Sexy Beast. The 23 contestants have been shipped off to a tropical island to get their second chance at finding love.
While the stakes are lower than some other Netflix shows (the show doesn't end with any proposals or weddings), it has the potential to be just as messy. The contestants couple up, Love Island style, and compete in compatibility challenges to win a chance to pick which new people will join them, with the idea that they can choose people who will break up other couples.

So, who are the contestants this year, and where have we seen them before?
Francesca Farago
Francesca appeared on season one of Too Hot To Handle. She was one of the most troublesome contestants on that show, being one of the first to break the rules. She's rumoured to have dated two other contestants from Perfect Match, Joey Sasso and Damian Powers.
Nick Uhlenhuth
Nick was in The Circle season three (when the show was on Netflix, not Channel 4), and played himself in the show. He eventually lost out to James in the final episode, but now he's back with another opportunity to win a show and find love along the way.

Joey Sasso
Joey was in the first season of The Circle on Netflix, and went on to win the show. He played as himself in the show, and won over his fellow contestants with his hilarious personality. He's also had flings with two other contestants on Perfect Match, Francesca Farago and Kariselle Snow.
Shayne Jansen
Shayne was on Love Is Blind season two, but got hit with an "I don't" from fiancée on the show, Natalie. The pair did try and make their relationship work after the show ended, but were not together when Love is Blind: After the Altar season 2 was filmed in the winter of 2021 and 2022.
Anne-Sophie Petit-Frere
Anne-Sophie has appeared on Netflix's Selling Tampa, which was sadly cancelled after just one season. While fans would have loved seeing her professionally as a talented luxury real estate agent for Allure Realty, in Perfect Match they can get a glimpse of her trying to find love.
Zay Wilson
Zay was on the first season of Netflix's The Ultimatum. The show saw him and his partner Rae (along with six other couples) face-up to whether they were ready to get married by putting their relationship to a huge test: They broke up and saw other people, even doing a trial marriage with someone new, to see if they were really ready. In the end, Zay said he was ready to marry girlfriend Rae, but she had developed a better connection with another contestant and wasn't ready.
Kariselle Snow
Kariselle has actually been on two reality shows before Perfect Match: Sexy Beast and Are You the One. On MTV's Are You the One, she appeared on season eight, the first sexually fluid season, but didn't find a good match. Her episode of Sexy Beast saw her go on three dates before eventually picking her winner, but their relationship didn't make it through the pandemic.
Ines Tazi
Ines appeared on the first season The Circle France (although the show has only had one season so far), so may not be as recognisable as some of the other contestants in the show. Originally from London, so there won't be be a language barrier, Ines made it through nine episodes of The Circle France before she was blocked.
Dom Gabriel
Dom was on season of Netflix's The Mole, which has a similar format to BBC's The Traitors. The show followed 12 contestants, one of whom was a saboteur, as they completed different challenges and tried to root out the mole amongst them. Dom was eliminated in episode four of the show, but had already won fans over by explaining how he would use the prize money to support his mum.
Savannah Palcio
Savannah was on season two of The Circle, playing herself on the show in the hopes of reaching the final. However, she was blocked from the circle in episode four, following a confrontation with Terilisha, another player.
These ten contestants will start the show, with the opportunity for new people (also former reality show stars) to join them. The other contestants are:
- Abbey Humphries from Twentysomethings: Austin
- Chase De Moor from Too Hot To Handle season two
- Izzy Fairthorne from Too Hot To Handle season three
Georgia Hassarati from Too Hot To Handle season three
Mitchell Eason from The Circle season two
Will Richardson from The Mole
Chloe Veitch from Too Hot To Handle season one and The Circle season two
Lauren 'LC' Chamblin from Love Is Blind season one
Diamond Jack from Love Is Blind season one
Calvin Kiing Crooks from The Circle season three
Bartise Bowden from Love Is Blind season three
Colony Reeves from Selling Tampa
