Dele Alli and Donny van de Beek start Everton's crunch Premier League game with Newcastle United on the bench - as Frank Lampard makes two changes from his debut win.
Yerry Mina starts in place of the injured Ben Godfrey while Andros Townsend comes into the starting line-up as Vitalii Mykolenko misses out.
Alli and Van de Beek are joined on the bench by Anwar El-Ghazi, who has yet to play for the Blues since joining on loan last month, while Dominic Calvert-Lewin is also among the substitutes.
