Everton takeover: Farhad Moshiri agrees to sell controlling stake in club to American investment firm

Everton owner Farhad Moshiri has agreed a deal with American investment firm 777 Partners for his controlling stake in the club.

The Toffees, who are currently 18th in the Premier League table, have had Moshiri as a shareholder since 2016 and majority shareholder since 2018, with his stake accounting for 94.1 per cent.
