Everton Stadium latest after dramatic new addition and Easter target outlined
Another milestone has been reached at Everton’s new stadium with steelwork going into place on top of the four-level west stand.
The first steel sections, including raker beams, have been installed at the southern end of the stand to provide a dramatic addition to the structure as work gears up to manufacture the roofing barrels on the western wharf.
‘A frames’ have been constructed in the open space adjacent to the River Mersey, which key supply chain partners, Severfield, will use to prefabricate the curved sections of roof.
