Everton reach major milestone in new stadium build at Bramley-Moore Dock

The first of four huge tower cranes has arrived at Bramley-Moore Dock.

Assembly of the structure has begun, with the crane already visible above the boundaries of the stadium site. There will soon be one in each corner of the ground as work on the steel framework continues.

The tower cranes rise to 60 metres, meaning they will be a new addition to the Liverpool skyline while in use. The arrival of the first crane is the latest sign of progress in the work on Everton's new stadium.
