Eva Longoria blurted out that she and her husband had previously been divorced when Pope Francis was preparing to bless them ahead of their marriage.

The 'Only Murders in the Building' actress and her husband José Bastón were fortunate enough to meet the late Pope Francis in 2016, just weeks before their wedding, but Eva made a faux pas when the pontiff - who passed away on Easter Monday (21.04.25) aged 88, following a stroke and heart failure - was about to bless the couple.
