Ukraine won last night’s Eurovision song contest with an enormous 631 points after a landslide public vote.
The public rallied behind the Kalush Orchestra in a symbolic show of public support following the country's invasion by Russia.
Sam Ryder came second for the UK, in what was the country's best result in over 20 years.

It was among a number of talking points from the dramatic night of music, which took place in Turin, Italy.
Among them was the appearance of previous Eurovision winner Linda Martin to deliver Ireland’s jury points.
The ‘Why Me?’ hitmaker was chosen to read out Ireland’s verdict to Europe to mark 30 years since she won the contest.
And the 70-year-old was not going to let the moment pass without mentioning it, leaving some viewers divided.
“Going to be hard to top Linda Martin giving her Eurovision win in the 90s a shout out over world peace. Some woman,” one person said on Twitter.
Another typed: “Linda Martin giving her own win a shout out <3”
“Linda Martin reminded everyone of her win 30 years ago,” someone else said.
A fourth added: “Dame Linda Martin’s 2 minutes of airtime - absolutely gave me life!!!”
Other RTE Eurovision viewers had their say on the singer’s “mannerisms”.
Viewers watched on as a “bad connection” saw a somewhat awkward delay to Ireland delivering its points.
Presenter Linda’s hands were the topic of conversation online as she waited to be connected to the studio in Italy.
“Linda Martin had some interesting hand movements going on there,” a Twitter user wrote.
Another joked: “Linda Martin is so funny. I think she thought she was conducting an orchestra”
A third said: “Linda Martin's nail varnish didn't dry in time.”
"Linda Martin’s mannerisms are giving Aunt Sarah from Derry Girls hahahaha," a fourth added.
Ireland’s Brooke Scullion failed to qualify after her performance of That’s Rich in Thursday’s second semi-final, in what came as a surprise to many viewers.
