Eurovision star Clodagh Rodgers has died at the age of 78

Clodagh Rodgers has died at the age of 78.

The singer was best known for hits like 'Jack in the Box' - which she represented the UK with during the Eurovision Song Contest in 1971 - and 'Come Back and Shake Me ', but she passed away on Friday (18.04.25) after a short illness, her son Sam has announced.
