With the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 just two days away, Northern Irish singer Brooke Scullion has missed out on the chance to represent Ireland in this year's grand final at the weekend.
All eyes were on the Derry girl on Thursday night as Ireland's 2022 entry took to the stage singing her original song 'That's Rich' in the second of this year's semi-finals.
Following Måneskin's win in 2021, this year's event is set to take place in Turin in Italy.

Brooke was hoping to follow in the footsteps of fellow Derry girl Dana who won the competition back in 1970 as she delivered an energetic performance of her song.
Dressed in a co-ordinated blue outfit, she opened her performance lying on a pink heart on the stage before jumping up to perform an energetic routine, accompanied by a group of backing dancers.
Her performance was met with rapturous applause from the audience.
But it wasn't enough to earn her a coveted spot at the final with Belgium, Czech Republic, Azerbaijan, Poland, Finland, Estonia, Australia, Sweden, Romania and Serbia all qualifying at Ireland’s expense.
Among those wishing her well ahead of the event was Sinn Fein’s Michelle O’Neill, who tweeted: “We are all behind you Brooke. We are all behind you Brooke. Good luck for tonight, we will all be cheering you on."
The former The Voice contestant and Eurovision star, 23, has been involved in both the performing arts and sports from a young age.
Apart from her musical talent, she also played on the senior camogie team at Wolfe Tones GAC and was a drama student at Ulster University at Magee.
In 2020, Brooke performed on the 9th series of The Voice UK and wowed all four judges at her audition with her cover of Lewis Capaldi's hit single 'Bruises' - having her pick of mentors, she chose pop superstar Meghan Trainor.
She soared all the way to the final where she duetted with Ella Eyre and placed in third.
Dubbed 'Blondie meets The Gossip', 'That's Rich' is a fiery and empowering track that focuses on how you should never settle for anyone who doesn’t fulfil your needs.
“That’s Rich” premiered on RTE’s Ryan Tubridy radio show and was performed for the first time on national TV on RTE's Late Late Show Eurosong Special back in February where Brooke topped the votes.
Audiences watched 18 songs compete for one of 10 slots in Saturday's Grand Final of the Eurovision Song Contest.
The Eurovision final will air on BBC One, with Graham Norton hosting and Strictly Come Dancing star AJ Odudu announcing the UK's jury scores during the results.
The final takes place on Saturday, 14 May at 8pm. You can also catch it live on RTÉ One, RTÉ Player and RTÉ Radio 1.
