The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has denied Archie Battersbee's family's latest appeal to intervene in the decision to remove his life support.
The family of the 12-year-old had initially submitted an application to ECHR to postpone the withdrawal of his life support treatment, which was due to be switched off at 11am today.
It comes after the family lost a previous a Supreme Court bid to keep it going, reports Sky News.
