Countries prepared to provide troops for a post-ceasefire force in Ukraine agreed on Thursday to set up a headquarters in Paris for a rapid deployment after Russia's full-scale invasion ends.
A delegation from the United States was also present for the first time at the talks which took place on the sidelines of the fourth annual meeting of the Ukraine Recovery Conference.
