A Dublin punter is celebrating after winning a cool €500,000 euros in a major EuroMillions win.
The winning ticket was sold on Monday, July 18 at SuperValu, Cedarglade, Fortunestown, Tallaght. The winning numbers were 3, 6, 17, 28, 49.
Shop owner, Alan Jordan said: "The sun may have dropped in other parts of the country but it's certainly shining on Jordan's Supervalu this morning! We’re a local shop serving the community over 20 years and we’re absolutely delighted we’ve sold the winning ticket.

"We’d be even happier if it’s someone local. We wish the winner all the best with their winnings. There will be a fantastic buzz around the shop and community today."
The lucky player has been advised to sign the back of their ticket and contact the National Lottery prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie. The happy news comes as a UK punter won the jackpot prize of €230 million last night - the biggest amount ever seen in Europe.
Additionally, five other players across the EuroMillions community shared a respectable €4.4m after matching five numbers and one lucky star.
Meanwhile, Friday’s EuroMillions jackpot is now guaranteed to be €17 Million.
