EU says Ukraine must 'decide its own future' ahead of Trump-Putin summit

EU leaders declared Tuesday that Ukraine has the right to choose its own destiny, just three days before US President Donald Trump meets Russian leader Vladimir Putin.

Twenty-six European heads of state and government said Ukrainians must have the freedom to decide their future and that any diplomatic solution must protect Ukrainian and European interests.
