A growing estate agency is opening a brand new branch in Solihull.
Ginger has refurbished a former RSPCA shop in Stratford Road, Shirley - and transformed it into its latest office.
It will be the second branch for the firm after opening its first in Balsall Common in 2016.
The Solihull office will officially open to customers tomorrow (Friday).
Ginger director Carl Hemming said: "We are incredibly excited to be opening our new branch in Shirley.
"We hope our expansion will support our growth plans, triple our portfolio, and help us to meet the growing demand for homes across Shirley, Solihull and surrounding areas.
"These areas are very popular at the minute due to commuter links, good schools and high quality shops, and with market demand so strong it makes it a perfect time for both sellers and buyers to get in touch."
Ginger has sold more than £250 million worth of property in its six years in business.
The firm currently works across Shirley, Solihull, Balsall Common, Coventry, Warwick, Kenilworth, as well as surrounding areas and towns.
Leamington firm Wright Hassall supported Ginger with a premises licence for its new Shirley branch.
Nathan Hinks, associate with Wright Hassall's commercial real estate team, said: "Shirley has an incredibly busy and vibrant high street which makes this an ideal location for Ginger and their customers.
"We are pleased to have helped them with the move as they continue their growth."
The branch will be open 9am to 5.30pm midweek and 9am to 4pm on Saturdays.
