New details have emerged about a novel being penned by one of Boris Johnson's former aides - with saucy depictions of characters having sex in their offices and in the press room.
Another scene in Cleo Watson's book reportedly depicts a female MP being entertained by a remote-controlled sex toy as she gives evidence to a select committee.
Ms Watson served as Mr Johnson's head of Priorities and Campaigns until last year after being recruited by Dominic Cummings,
She previously described the former PM as "a great unruly golden retriever" and claiming "karma" had been returned after he was ousted.
Her upcoming novel, titled Whip! is reported to be the first in a trilogy set in Westminster telling the story of three young women making their way through the political world.
According to The Daily Mail, one of the MPs in the novel is a "scrambling and scruffy" man who may bear a resemblance to Ms Watson's former boss.
The book, due to be published in May, has been described as “a cross between House of Cards , The Thick of It and 50 Shades of Grey ”.
Friends told The Times that Ms Watson has spent her weekends writing "erotic literature” packed with sex scenes described as “a pretty decent notch up from Jilly Cooper”.
According to reports it will include descriptions of sexual encounters in MPs' Commons offices, in the press room. and at Chequers - the Prime Minister's grace and favour country home in Buckinghamshire.
In an article in Tattler earlier this year, Ms Watson claimed a "puppy-gate" had to be installed to stop Mr Johnson mixing with staff when he was supposed to be isolating with Covid - and said the PM took naps during the day as he recovered.
She also alleged that she frequently had to scold Mr Johnson for making gags about “Kung Flu” and saying “Aye! Corona” in the days before his own brush with death.
The former Downing Street insider said she was relieved of her duties in November 2020 in a brutal exchange in the Cabinet Room which "may have been familiar to many of his girlfriends".
She said Downing Street careers end "sooner or later" - but said Mr Johnson has "had karma returned with interest recently".
Mr Cummings - who the PM had gone out of his way to defend after he made a trip to Durham while lockdown rules were in place - quit in November 2020 as relations with his boss soured.
In an Ms Watson said the Prime Minister told her she had to leave two weeks later because she reminded him too much of him.
She claimed Mr Johnson told her: "I can't look at you any more because it reminds me of Dom.
"It’s like a marriage has ended, we’ve divided up our things and I’ve kept an ugly old lamp.
"But every time I look at that lamp, it reminds me of the person I was with. You’re that lamp."
In a sly dig at her former employer, she said he "presumably knows better than most how it feels when a marriage breaks up".
She said the PM gave a "painful, off-the-cuff speech to a bewildered clutch of advisers" before she left - but denied a leaving do was thrown for her.
