Borussia Dortmund will be without star striker Erling Haaland after he failed to recover from injury in time to face Rangers.
The Norwegian frontman also missed last weekend's clash in Germany and was absent as Marco Rose's men travelled to Scotland on Wednesday morning.
He's been struggling with a muscle injury in his hip since January and has been a huge loss to the German giants as they've struggled for form.
They did have a thumping 6-0 win over Borussia Monchengladbach on Sunday but suffered a further injury blow in that game when Gio Reyna was hurt.
Reyna - who is the son of former Rangers star Claudio and named after Gio van Bronckhorst - was excited to play in Glasgow and follow in his father's footsteps.
But along with Haaland he won't be involved, although Belgium right back Thomas Meunier has travelled to face Rangers at Ibrox.
He missed the first leg through injury and Ryan Kent caused all sorts of problems for Swiss full back Manuel Akanji.
Goals from James Tavernier, Alfredo Morelos and John Lundstram - as well as one through his own net from Dan-Axel Zagadou - have Rangers in a 4-2 lead from the first leg.
But the Bundesliga giants will be desperate to overturn that and keep their Europa League hopes alive.
