Manchester City do not believe the injury sustained by Erling Haaland on international duty with Norway is serious.

The Premier League top scorer is facing a race to be fit for City's clash with Liverpool on Saturday, April 1 after being ruled out of Norway's two fixtures due to a groin problem.

However, Pep Guardiola could still be able to select his star striker for the home clash with Jurgen Klopp's side in what is a must-win game for both sides.
