Erling Haaland was delighted with his and Manchester City's second-half performance against Crystal Palace, but the striker admitted that there is plenty of room for City to improve.
Haaland scored a second-half hat-trick to earn City a 4-2 win after they went into half-time two goals down. Bernardo Silva pulled one back for Pep Guardiola's side shortly after the interval with a deflected effort, before Haaland headed City level. The 22-year-old then tapped home from close range before burying a one-on-one chance to earn himself the match ball.
It was a special afternoon for Haaland; scoring a hat-trick is some achievement, never mind in only your fourth league game for your new club. However, he promised that there is much more to come from the reigning Premier League Champions.
