Erin and Ben Napier, the beloved HGTV couple, have exciting news for fans as their spin-off series, Home Town Takeover, has been renewed for a third season. The couple will be bringing their renovation expertise to a new location - Sebring, Florida.
Sebring, located about 92 miles east of Tampa, is described by the couple as a beautiful lake city due to its proximity to Lake Jackson. Despite its charm, Sebring is in need of significant renovation work, which Erin and Ben are eager to tackle.
Ben emphasized that Sebring is not the typical tourist Florida destination, as it is off the beaten path and distinct from the beach and amusement parks that the state is known for. The couple expressed cautious optimism about the project, acknowledging the challenges ahead but also the excitement of working on a new town.
In the upcoming season, the Napiers will be joined by a special guest from a previous season of Home Town, adding to the anticipation for fans of the show. Season 2 of Home Town Takeover saw the couple revitalizing Fort Morgan, Colo., following their successful efforts in Wetumpka, Ala., in the first season.
Meanwhile, the current season of their original show, Home Town, is airing on HGTV, showcasing Ben's recovery from rotator cuff surgery in early 2023 and celebrating the show's 100th episode. Viewers can catch Home Town on Sundays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on HGTV.
