Erik ten Hag will attend Manchester United’s game at Crystal Palace on Sunday before officially starting his job as manager the next day.

The Dutchman has been holding meetings and conversations with club staff this week but will not be involved in preparation or selection for the the final Premier League match, which will be overseen by Ralf Rangnick.
