Erik ten Hag remains confident David de Gea will sign a new contract with Manchester United.
De Gea, 32, is approaching the final month of his existing deal and United play their final home game of the season against Fulham on Sunday.
There are doubts at United over De Gea's No.1 status beyond this season while some senior figures feel he should be released.

De Gea regained the Golden Glove award for most clean sheets in the Premier League this season and he is still expected to sign a renewal.
Ten Hag refused to clarify why discussions with De Gea's camp have become so protracted. "I think we want him to stay and he wants to stay so I think we will find each other.
"I never give a comment about how negotiations are going."
United qualified for the Champions League and rose to third in the league table with their 4-1 defeat of Chelsea on Thursday, having ended their trophy drought with the League Cup in February.
A Treble-busting FA Cup triumph against champions City next Saturday would enhance United's campaign though Ten Hag, while pleased with the "huge progress" of the squad, is adamant United need better depth.
"We can still improve with this squad, as we did this season," Ten Hag said. "I said that is one part of it. The other is progress from the current squad and players. That is the job I have to do with my coaching staff.
"We made huge progress. Many individuals made progress. Now we have a good base. I think there is still a lot of room for improvement with this squad.
"But when you get the right players in it will help and give you more depth and better standard and level. Then you have more chance to be in the top four and more chance to win titles and trophies."
