Ahead of Tottenham Hotspur's Premier League match against Manchester City on Tuesday the club have released images and video footage from training.
Antonio Conte has been putting his men through their paces on the pitches of Hotspur Way as they prepare for their trip to the Premier League's runaway leaders.
Spurs are looking to prevent a four-game losing streak in the league and the trip to the Etihad Stadium to take on Pep Guardiola's free-scoring side comes at the worst possible time with confidence low for the north London outfit.
That did not seem to be reflected though in training at the Enfield-based complex.
Here are five things we noticed from the videos and many photographs released from Wednesday's session at Hotspur Way:
Eric Dier returns
It looks like Eric Dier could finally be fit following the thigh problems that have restricted him to just one start since the win at Watford on New Year's Day.
Spurs have missed the 28-year-old in the centre of Conte's back three and his return would be a bit of good news in a difficult fortnight for the head coach.
The Son and Rodon bromance
One player who always brings a smile to training is Son Heung-min.
What you might not expect is that a 29-year-old, who grew up in Chuncheon in South Korea, could be good friends with a 24-year-old from Llangyfelach in Wales.
Yet the Son and Rodon bromance (Roson?) is flourishing and it was on display once again during Spurs' footage from within the gym as the players were put through exercises with harnesses and attached weights while repeatedly heading and kicking the ball as their partner threw it at them.
Conte is all about drilling repetitive methods into players so they become natural and his training sessions on the pitches are no different.
Son was also spotted speaking with managing director of football Fabio Paratici on the Hotspur Way pitches.
Serious Bentancur and Kane
Son and Rodon might have been full of laughs and smiles while training hard but alongside them Harry Kane and Rodrigo Bentancur could not have looked more serious.
The pair went through plenty of the weight training football exercises with real speed and tenacity.
We also got to see them going through some finishing drills in training with one very smart finish into the top corner from the Uruguayan, who will be looking to start once again in Tottenham's midfield.
Youngsters in training
Also among those being put through the weight training exercise drills was 17-year-old striker Dane Scarlett.
The teenager will be looking to improve the strength of his hold-up play up front and gym work like that will benefit him as he looks to get his chance under Conte.
Scarlett is now a full-time first team squad member but he was not the only talented 17-year-old involved in the session on Wednesday.
The slightly younger Alfie Devine, who took Scarlett's record as the youngest player to have turned out for Spurs when they were both 16, then added another when he became the youngest goalscorer in the club's history after his FA Cup strike at Marine.
Devine has been impressing for the U23s this season, but with the exit of Tanguy Ndombele, Giovani Lo Celso, Dele Alli and Bryan Gil and therefore a dearth of central attacking midfielders, the talented teenager could find himself getting more chances to impress Conte in training as he works towards his Premier League debut.
Other development squad players spotted in the footage and photos were midfielder Harvey White, who has been making Premier League matchday squads regularly in recent weeks, and defender Tobi Omole.
Missing players
There were three players who did not turn up in any of the photos or videos from the training sessions shown at Hotspur Way.
Japhet Tanganga remains out with his knee injury while Oliver Skipp is still struggling with his groin problem, one that has been complicated by an infection during his recovery.
Another notable by his absence as he's usually front and centre in images was Sergio Reguilon, with the Spaniard nowhere to be seen in the foreground or background of any of the footage or photographs.
