Equity capital inflow in real estate, data centre, hotel assets doubles to USD 9.5 bn in Jul-Sep: CBRE

data centre and hospitality sectors have attracted a record USD 9.5 billion equity investment during the September quarter, a more than two-fold jump from the year-ago period, according to CBRE.

Out of the total equity capital inflow in the July-September quarter, real estate consultant CBRE said that 57 per cent amount came in data centres.
