Energy company E.ON is having issues with their app and phonelines, according to customers.
Many customers are hitting out on social media stating E.ON's app and phonelines are not working. People started reporting the issue just after 6pm, with hundreds of people flagging issues on the website Downdetector.
People are reporting they are unable to top up their gas on the app and their attempts to get in touch with the company on the phone are not working.

One twitter user said: "I’ve had no hot water or heating all day and your website is not working and your phone lines are not working this is not acceptable my family and I are freezing."
Another added: "Could PLEASE let your customers know what's going on with your website/phone lines? There are people in serious need on here!!!"
A third said: "No gas! No heating! and cannot top up at the shop or with the App. Cannot login on my computer. Tried phoning your number, are you having an absolute laugh!!"
E.ON were approached for comment.
