I usually wake up at about 6.30 or 7am, depending on the time zone I’m in. I travel constantly, so I’ve had to train my body to adjust quickly and I’ve become pretty good at it. The first thing I do is mix up electrolytes with methylene blue — 10X Health makes these little tablets that dissolve in water. That’s my wake-up protocol.
I’ll have a cup of coffee and, if I’m home, I move straight to my pulsed electromagnetic field mat for 20 minutes. After that, I hit the red-light bed. By the time I’m done, I’ll grab another cup of coffee and I’m fully in gear. That whole sequence takes about an hour and it’s how I prime myself for the day.
