Enhanced Games has abandoned a $1 billion lawsuit against global sports bodies after an initial rejection by a United States court.
Organisers of Enhanced Games, founded by Australian entrepreneur Aron D'Souza, say they're disappointed but have opted not to contest the court's ruling.
Enhanced Games had sought up to $1 billion in damages after World Aquatics passed a by-law giving it powers to ban anyone associated with the multi-sports event with no drug testing.
